Roasted Butternut Mash Alongside Carmine Onion & Tahini
This is a really warm too comforting side dish amongst a twist. The flavors compliment each other perfect for the autumn season...and it's skillful for you lot too!
Roasted Butternut Squash amongst Red Onion & Tahini

1 Butternut Squash, peeled too chopped into bite-size pieces
1 reddish onion, cutting into wedges
three Tbl olive oil
tabular array salt & pepper to taste
three Tbl *Tahini
1 1/2 Tbl lemon juice
1 tsp garlic, chopped
three Tbl sliced almonds, toasted
1 Tbl *Zaatar
1 Tbl fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 475°F
Place mash too onions on a foil lined baking sheet
Drizzle amongst petroleum too toss to coat too sprinkle on tabular array salt & pepper
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until mash too onions caramelize
In a modest bowl whisk Tahini, lemon juice too garlic
Add H2O 1 Tbl at a fourth dimension until the Tahini is the consistency of honey
Remove veggies from oven too drizzle over Tahini mixture
Sprinkle on the almonds, Zaatar too parsley
*Tahini is solid soil sesame seeds
*Zaatar is a blend of Middle Eastern herbs
