Lasagna Skillet

I dearest lasagna...but during the calendar week I am also busy/lazy to brand it.  So I decided to conduct maintain all the flavors that I dearest inwards lasagna in addition to larn inwards an tardily weekday dish to prepare!



Lasagna Skillet

one lb solid pose down beef
one jounce (approx iii cups) pasta sauce
two cups beef broth
two heaping cups rotini pasta (or pasta of your choice)
1/3 loving cup cottage cheese (or ricotta)
two cups mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions
In a large skillet chocolate-brown solid pose down beef until no longer pinkish in addition to drain off excess fat
Add pasta sauce in addition to beef broth
Bring to a  simmer in addition to add together dry out pasta
Simmer for approx twenty minutes or until pasta is cooked equally desired, stirring occasionally
Stir inwards cottage cheese in addition to one loving cup mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle remaining one loving cup mozzarella on top
Allow cheese to melt in addition to serve
